14 MARCH 12 - Ticket Support System
We would like to apologise to all customers who have experienced issues with our sales/support system recently as this has been due to an intermittent issue which we have now isolated and resolved. We fully understand and appreciate any inconveniance this may of caused and ensure you that we are doing everything possible to prevent a prevent any further reoccurance of these issues in the future.

All existing tickets have been closed and will need to be reopened by resending your original email. Thank you for your continued support and once again we apologise for any inconveniance within the next few days whilst we answer the backlog of existing emails.

IMPORTANT: Due to technical issues with our support system, our support system will be offline for a brief period on 24th Feb 2012 from 10am - 2pm for updates. We apologise for any inconveniance this maintenance period may cause. Support tickets submitted during this time should not be affected but we do ask that should you not receive a reply to any ticket within 24-48 hours then please resubmit your ticket.

09 FEBUARY 12 - Ticket Support System
Due to a technical issue with our ticket support system, we have recently received reports of support tickets which have been mistakenly closed when they should not of been. If your support ticket has been closed without an answer, simply reply to the email and this will automatically reopen your support ticket. We are happy to announce the technical error has been resolved and we apologise for any inconveniance.
