We would like to wish all our customers a very merry christmas and happy new year! Thank you for all the support you have given Pro Chat Rooms during 2009.

Please note we have revised our opening times during this festive period and both sales/technical support will be unavailable from 25 Dec 2009 - 01 Jan 2010. Normal services will return on 02 Jan 2010. Software purchases will be processed as normal and will not be affected during our holiday period in any way.

We urge all customers looking for support to take advantage of our user to user forum during this time (its free and our user to user forum is supported by the actual people using the software, so if you have a question who better to answer it!).

:: 28 NOVEMBER 09 - Email System (Sales/Support)
Due to minor technical issues with our outgoing email server, some customers have reported that within the last few days they have yet to receive a reply to emails sent to our support team. We have now resolved this issue and you should receive a reply to your email within the next 24-48 hours (please bear with us whilst we attempt to clear the backlog of emails we have received, we apologise for any inconveniance).

:: 11 NOVEMBER 09 - Chat Room Hosting Downtime
Due to unscheduled downtime for server upgrades, our chat room hosting services were offline for a short period today. We apologise for any inconveniance this short downtime period may of caused and all services have now returned to normal.

The Pro Chat Rooms - Avatar Chat is a browser based 'Virtual World' where users can design their own avatar character, create their own private rooms and explore their environment by moving around and interacting with other Avatar Chat users.

:: 21 SEPTEMBER 09 - Email Support Back Online
We are pleased to announce our email support systems are now back online. If you have not received a reply to a previous email you have sent, please contact us with details of your original email.

Due to the initial email backlog this downtime has caused there may be a 24-48 hour delay in our initial email response times whilst everything returns to normal (we expect our email support to return to normal within just a few business days).

Thank you for your continued support and we apologise for any inconveniance.

:: 11 - 20, SEPTEMBER 09 - Email Support Downtime
Due to repeated malicious Email bomb attacks against our email servers within the last 7 days our email support has been limited (on one day we received over 147,000 emails in just one 24 hour period!). This has resulted in any current emails sent to sales/support being returned to sender as undeliverable.

We are now introducing new security features which will help to reduce any further downtime and apologise for any inconveniance this may cause.

:: 28 AUGUST 09 - Chat Room Hosting Downtime
Due to unscheduled downtime for server upgrades, our chat room hosting services are currently offline. Normal services will resume shortly and we will post further updates as they happen.
